Krög Pay is not
- A bank or a lender: you only spend what you've already added
- A way to pay for anything other than advertising
- Affiliated with any ad platform
- Outside any platform's review, limits or decisions
02How money moves
One direction, four stops.
From your bank to the platform, every step has a document and a record.
Step 1
Your bank
You send a bank transfer in USD. Krög issues an invoice for it.
Step 2
Your Krög Pay balance
Will be held with a licensed provider, named in the terms before onboarding. Prepaid: it only holds what you add.
Step 3
A card per ad account
To be issued by a licensed card issuer, locked to one platform, capped by your limits.
Step 4
The ad platform
Charges the card for delivered ads. Its invoice is paired with the charge.
Krög Pay is being built with licensed providers to hold balances and issue cards. They will be named in the terms you accept before onboarding, before any money moves. Money only ever flows one way: from your balance to the platforms you run with Krög.
03Controls
Who can do what, and a record of it.
Two-step sign-in
Every seat signs in with a second step. Owners can see which seats have it on.
Roles and permissions
Five roles, from Owner to read-only Viewer. Each person gets what their job needs.
Approvals
Top-ups above an amount you set need a second person before they go through.
Freeze any card
Stop new charges on a single card at once, without touching the others.
Activity log
Every top-up, funds move, limit change and freeze, with the person and the time.
Masked card details
Card numbers are masked by default and shown in full only to roles allowed to see them.
04Verification and platform policies
Krög Pay changes how you pay, not the rules.
Every ad account behind Krög Pay is run under the platform's own policies, the same as for any advertiser.
We do
- Verify every business before onboarding
- Keep each ad account with one verified advertiser
- Send every ad through the platform's own review
- Require the platform's own certification for restricted categories
- Handle appeals only through the platform's official process
We don't
- Fund accounts for businesses we can't verify
- Fund products or categories a platform prohibits
- Help anyone keep advertising after a platform suspension
- Share a card or an ad account between advertisers
- Promise ad approval, spend levels or results

05Your data
Only what's needed, seen only by who needs it.
What we ask for
The details business verification needs: your company, who owns it, your website and what you sell. Used to verify your business and run your accounts, nothing else.
Who sees what
Roles decide it. Card numbers stay masked, and Finance and Viewer seats never see them. Your manager sees your accounts, not your card details.
