04Why we build apps
Built by media buyers, for the work around the accounts.
The apps come from the same place Krög did: the parts of the job that kept getting in the way.
Zane is a media buyer. Before Krög, the part of the job that frustrated him most wasn't creative or bidding. It was sourcing advertising accounts he could rely on: chasing vendors, accounts set up badly and never properly verified, no billing support, and no one to call when something went wrong.
In 2023 he started Krög to fix that for himself and for other media buyers — advertising accounts opened properly for verified businesses, funded and supported by people who buy media themselves.
The apps are the next step. Each one takes a piece of the work around those accounts that we kept doing by hand — paying for spend, organizing team access, watching campaigns overnight, answering the same questions — and turns it into a tool you can use yourself.

Built with platform policies, not around them.
The apps make the work around your accounts easier. They don't change the rules those accounts run under.
Every app will
- Work only with the accounts you run with us, and only the ones you connect.
- Keep ad spend and our service fee on separate lines.
- Ask before every change to a campaign, and act only after someone with the right role confirms.
- Say plainly what is live and what is still in development.
No app will
- Work outside a platform's review, restrictions or enforcement.
- Act on a campaign without the permission you set.
- Share one account between different advertisers.
- Promise approvals, spend limits or results. Each platform decides those.
Inside each platform's rules
Every ad still goes through the platform's own review. Restricted categories still need the platform's own certification, and appeals go through its official process.
Verified businesses, one account each
The apps work with accounts opened for verified businesses: one account per verified advertiser, never shared between advertisers.
People review the important steps
Krög Agent asks before it acts. Rates are confirmed in writing by a person. Krög AI hands anything about your business to your manager.
