Krög PayHow it works

From bank transfer to a closed month.

Four steps. You verify once and top up when you need to; from there, every card, charge and invoice is tracked for you, with a record of each step.

01The four steps

Verify, top up, fund, close.

Pick a step to see what happens and what it looks like. Figures are examples.

Step 1 of 4

Verify your business

Krög Pay is only for businesses Krög has verified. If you already run accounts with us, that verification is the starting point; if not, it's the same check every client goes through.

  • Company details and who owns it
  • Your website and what you sell
  • Which platforms you advertise on

02Who does what

Three parties, clear lines.

Krög Pay changes how ad spend is paid. It doesn't change who runs your campaigns or who reviews your ads.

  • You

    Decide where the money goes.

    • Top up the balance when you need to
    • Set limits, alerts and who can do what
    • Run your campaigns, creative and budgets
    • Approve anything that will be billed
  • Krög

Keeps the money side in order.

    • Verifies your business before anything starts
    • Issues an invoice for every top-up
    • Pairs every charge with its invoice and prepares the statement
    • Answers through your manager on Telegram
  • The ad platform

Runs its own rules, as always.

    • Reviews every ad under its own policies
    • Charges the card for ads it has delivered
    • Sets its own account limits
    • Decides appeals through its official process

03What you hear, and when

Told before it matters.

You choose the thresholds and who hears about them. When a card nears its limit, the balance drops below a floor you set, or a month closes, the right people get a short, plain note.

You set the rules

Alerts are there so nobody finds out at month end. Each one is short, says what happened, and what to do if anything.

  • Alerts per card, at thresholds you choose
  • A low-balance floor for the whole workspace
  • Pick who hears about what: owners, buyers, finance
  • Every alert also written to the activity log

04Where it fits

Built on the Krög you already use.

Krög Pay isn't a separate company or a new relationship. It's the payment side of the accounts Krög already runs for you.

  • Your ad accounts

Krög Pay runs on the accounts Krög sets up for your verified business. One account per verified advertiser, under each platform's own policies.

  • Your manager

The same dedicated manager on Telegram. Questions about a top-up, a card or a statement line go to the person who already knows your accounts.

  • Your monthly statement

Krög already sends a statement every month. With Krög Pay, card charges and their invoices sit on it too, next to Krög's fee.
