Krög PayFeatures

Everything ad spend needs, in one place.

Six parts that work together: a prepaid balance, a card per ad account, top-ups with invoices, spend controls, statements that match, and roles for your team. Every preview on this page works; every figure in it is an example.

01Money in, money out

One balance in, every platform out.

You add money in one place, by one method, with one invoice per top-up. Every ad account draws from it.

01 / 06

One balance across platforms

One prepaid USD balance funds every ad account you run with Krög, whatever the platform. Move money to an account in a couple of taps and see spend by platform and by account, without a separate top-up for each platform.

  • One USD balance for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and the rest
  • Move funds to any account you run with Krög
  • Spend by platform and by account, as it happens
  • Prepaid: nothing moves that isn't already in the balance

Top-ups with invoices

Add money by bank transfer in USD. Each top-up gets its own invoice and a status you can follow, from the moment you ask for it to the moment it's in your balance.

  • An invoice for every top-up, sent to your billing contacts
  • Status at each step: requested, invoiced, received, matched, added
  • A low-balance floor, so you top up before cards run dry
  • Other payment methods confirmed in writing before you pay

02Cards and controls

A card for every account, a limit on every card.

Spending is held by the card itself: locked to one platform, capped by limits you set, and stoppable on its own.

03 / 06

A card per ad account

Each ad account gets its own card, drawn from your balance and locked to the platform it was issued for. One account's card never pays for another's ads, and freezing one leaves the rest running.

  • One card per ad account, never shared between advertisers
  • Locked to the platform it was issued for
  • Freeze and unfreeze any card on its own
  • Card details shown only to the roles allowed to see them
Krög Pay won't issue cards itself. Cards will be issued by a licensed card issuer, named in the terms you accept before onboarding. Where a platform bills an account differently, your manager confirms the setup first.

Spend controls

Set a monthly or daily limit on each card, decide which alerts fire and who hears them, and choose what happens at the limit: pause the card, or notify and keep running on the balance.

  • Monthly and daily limits per card
  • Alerts at the thresholds you choose
  • Pause at the limit, or notify only
  • Approval for top-ups above an amount you set

03Statements and roles

A month that adds up, and a team that sees its part.

Every line on the statement has the document behind it. Every person in the workspace has the access their job needs.

05 / 06

Statements that match invoices

As platforms charge each card, Krög Pay pairs the charge with the platform's invoice. Top-ups sit next to Krög's invoices, refunds next to the platform's notices, and Krög's fee on its own line. A line without its document is marked until the document arrives.

  • Each platform charge paired with the platform's invoice
  • Top-ups paired with Krög's invoices
  • Platform spend and Krög's fee on separate lines
  • Opening and closing balance, every month
  • Statement as PDF or CSV, the same numbers as on screen

Team roles

Owners, admins, media buyers, finance and viewers each get the access their work needs. Buyers use the cards on the accounts they run; finance tops up and closes the month without ever seeing a card number.

  • Five roles, from Owner to read-only Viewer
  • Media buyers limited to their assigned accounts
  • Finance and Viewer seats never see card numbers
  • Only the Owner invites people and changes roles
