Krög X · Workspaces & profiles
A separate browser profile for every client.
Each client gets a workspace. Inside it, every platform and tool you use for that client gets its own browser profile, with its own cookies, tabs and history. Work for one client never spills into another's.
01The workspace
The workspace, up close.
Click a client, then a profile, to see who is assigned, how they sign in and what stays inside.

02Separation
What stays inside a profile.
A profile is an ordinary browser profile that belongs to one client and one platform or tool. Some things are kept inside it; some are shared with the client's workspace.
Kept inside each profile
Nothing crosses to another client.
- Cookies, site data and signed-in sessions
- Open and pinned tabs, bookmarks and history
- Downloads, in a folder per profile
- Extensions an Admin approves for that profile
Shared across the client's workspace
Everything the team needs to know.
- Notes and checklists for the client
- Vault entries, where their rule allows it
- Who is assigned, and with which role
- The client's reporting time zone
Every person signs in as themselves. A profile keeps a client's session apart from your other clients. It does not turn one login into a team login: on platforms that expect individual users, each teammate uses their own, with access granted through the platform's own tools.
03Session handoff
Hand off the work, not the login.
When a shift ends, the next teammate gets the open tabs, the notes and the checklist. They sign in as themselves, and the handoff goes into the log.

- Signs in to Meta as Buyer A, with Buyer A's own login

Only to people with access
You can hand off a profile only to a teammate whose role on that client lets them open it.
One person at a time
When the handoff is picked up, the previous session closes. Nobody works the same profile twice by accident.
On the record
Who handed off, to whom, when and with which note, in the audit log.
04Organization
Organized the way your agency is.
Ten clients or a hundred, the sidebar stays readable.
Groups and tags
Sort clients by team, market or retainer. Filter the sidebar to the clients you own.
Notes and checklists
Context lives next to the profile it belongs to, so the next person reads it before they change anything.
Search across clients
Find a profile, a note or a teammate by name, across every workspace you can see.
Reporting time zone
Set each client's reporting time zone once. Notes, handoffs and the log show it next to yours.
Archive a client
When an engagement ends, archive the workspace. Sessions close, the log stays.

Krög X is in development. This page describes what we are building; details can change before early access.
— Early access
Bring your team to Krög X first.
Krög X opens to a small group of teams before the public launch. Tell us how your team works and we'll reach out when a seat is ready.
- Krög clients are invited first
- No launch date until it is ready
- Pricing in writing before anything is billed
- Your feedback sets the order of the roadmap
