Krög X · For agencies

Built for teams that advertise for many clients.

Agencies, freelance buyers with a partner and in-house teams with outside help share one setup problem: several people, many clients, one browser. Here is how each sets up Krög X.

01Team shapes

Three ways teams set it up.

Same product, different shapes. Start with the one closest to yours.

  • Freelance

A media buyer with a partner

You run a handful of clients and bring in an assistant or a second buyer when it gets busy.

    Admin
    You
    Media buyer
Your assistant, on the clients they help with
    Viewer
A client who wants to see the log

Tip: Your own platform logins stay in your personal section. Your assistant signs in with theirs.

  • Agency

A buying team with many clients

Several buyers, a finance person, account managers and clients who ask questions.

    Admin
Partners or the head of media
    Media buyer
Each buyer, on the clients they run
    Finance
    Whoever closes the month
    Viewer
    Account managers and client contacts

Tip: Make at least two people Admins, so someone can always grant access.

  • In-house

A brand team with outside help

Your team owns the brand's accounts and works with an agency or contractors on some of them.

    Admin
    Your marketing lead
    Media buyer
Your buyers, and the agency's on the brands they run
    Finance
    Your finance team

Tip: When a contract ends, remove the seat. Sessions end and vault access goes with it.

02In practice

A month at an agency, in Krög X.

Five ordinary moments, each one a few clicks. Sample scenario.

  1. Week 1

    A new client signs.

An Admin creates the workspace, sets the client's reporting time zone and adds profiles for Meta, Google Ads and their storefront. The client grants access through each platform's own tools; their marketing lead joins as a Viewer.

  2. Week 2

    A buyer joins the team.

Invited as a Media buyer on three clients. Two-factor is set up before the first profile opens, and the new buyer reads each client's notes before changing anything.

  3. Week 3

New York hands off to Los Angeles.

At 6 PM Eastern the buyer in New York hands the open profiles to a teammate on Pacific time, with a note on pacing. The evening is covered and nobody shares a login.

  4. Week 4

A client asks who changed a campaign.

Filter the log by client and day: who had the profile open, and when. The platform's change history shows the edit itself. The answer goes back the same morning.

  5. Month end

    Finance closes, a contractor leaves.

Finance exports each client's log next to the invoices. A contractor's project ends, an Admin removes the seat, and the removal shows every session it closed.

03Before and after

What changes for the team.

The same clients and the same people, with less risk in the gaps.

  • TodayEvery client in one everyday browser

With Krög XA workspace per client, a profile per platform and tool

  • TodayPasswords in chats and spreadsheets

With Krög XA vault with access rules; sign in without seeing the password

  • TodayThree people on one login

With Krög XEach person signs in as themselves, with a role per client

  • TodayHandoffs by screenshot

With Krög XHandoffs that carry the tabs, the notes and the checklist

  • TodayOffboarding means changing every password

With Krög XRemove the seat: sessions end, access is revoked

  • Today“Who changed this?” takes a day

With Krög XThe log answers it in seconds

04The rest of Krög

Alongside the rest of Krög.

Krög X works on its own. If you already run advertising with Krög, it sits next to the services you use.

Your Krög manager, only when you ask. If you run advertising accounts with Krög, you can invite your manager to a client workspace as a Viewer when you want help, and remove them when you are done. Krög staff have no access to your workspace otherwise.

Krög X is in development. This page describes what we are building; details can change before early access.
