Krög X · Audit log

Every action, on the record.

Krög X records who opened which profile, used which login, handed off to whom and changed which role, with the time and the device. When a client or your own team asks what happened, the answer takes seconds.

01The log

Read a day in the workspace.

Filter by kind or person, then open any row for its details. Sample data, times in Eastern.

02Scope

What is recorded, and what is not.

The log is about access and actions in the workspace. It is not a way to watch people work.

Recorded, with who, when and which device

  • Profiles opened and closed
  • Vault sign-ins, and password reveals with their reason
  • Handoffs, with the note that went with them
  • Invites, role changes and removed seats
  • Sign-ins, new devices and remote sign-outs
  • Exports of the log itself

Never recorded

  • Not: The contents of the pages you visit
  • Not: What you type, including in ad platforms
  • Not: Screenshots or screen recordings
  • Not: Browsing history. It stays inside the profile, not in the log

03In practice

Answers in seconds.

The questions agencies get asked most, and where the answer is.

  • Who was working on this client's Meta account on Tuesday afternoon?

Filter the client and the day. The log shows who opened the profile and when; the platform's own change history shows what was edited.

  • Who can sign in to the client's storefront?

The vault entry's rule lists who may use it. The log lists every use and every reveal, with the reason given.

  • Did the contractor's access really end?

The seat removal lists every session that ended and every vault entry that was revoked, at the same minute.

  • What do we send the client at month end?

Export that client's log for the month as CSV, or invite their marketing lead as a Viewer to read it directly.

04Exports and alerts

Take the record with you.

The log is yours: export it, share it with a client, or get told when something stands out.

  • CSV export

By client, by person or by date range. Admins and Finance can export; every export is itself logged.

  • Viewer access for clients

A client's marketing lead reads the log for their own workspace, and nothing else.

  • Planned

    Alerts you choose

A heads-up on new devices, password reveals or activity at unusual hours.

  • Exploring

    Retention settings

Choose how long the log keeps history for each workspace.
