01The basics
The basics.
A secure browser workspace for teams that manage advertising for many clients. Each client gets its own workspace with a separate browser profile per platform or tool. Teammates get roles, shared logins live in a vault with access rules, and every important action goes into an audit log.
Not yet. Krög X is in development. A small group of teams gets early access first, and we will not announce a launch date until it is ready. You can request a seat on the early access page or follow the Telegram channel for updates.
Agencies and buying teams that work on several clients' advertising, freelance media buyers who work with an assistant or a partner, and in-house teams that bring in agencies or contractors. If more than one person touches the same client's accounts, it is built for you.
No. Krög X is a separate app. Krög clients are invited to early access first, and anyone can request a seat.
02Platforms and their rules
Platforms and their rules.
No. Krög X organizes your team's work; it does not alter or hide anything about your device or identity. Each profile is an ordinary browser profile with its own cookies and storage, you use each platform's normal website, and you sign in as yourself.
Krög X is a browser, so you use each platform the same way you would in any other browser, and each platform's terms apply in full. It does not automate actions on ad platforms, works only within each platform's review, restrictions and limits, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any platform.
The same way agencies do today: the client grants your business access through the platform's own tools, for example partner access in Meta Business Manager or a link to your Google Ads manager account. Each teammate then signs in with their own platform login inside the client's workspace.
Only where the owner of that login allows it to be shared, such as a client's storefront staff login or a reporting tool. Platforms like Meta and Google Ads expect every person to sign in as themselves, so personal logins stay personal: only their owner can use or see them, Admins included.
Any website, because each profile is a normal browser. For ad teams that usually means Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok, Reddit, Quora, X, Taboola, Outbrain, MediaGo, Amazon Ads and ChatGPT ads, plus the analytics, tracking and storefront tools around them. Platform names belong to their owners.
03Security and privacy
Security and privacy.
The vault is designed so entries are encrypted on your device before they sync, and teammates can sign in with a shared login without ever seeing the password. Revealing a password needs the right role and a reason, and it is logged. We will publish a full security overview before early access.
No. The audit log records workspace actions, such as opening a profile, using a vault entry, a handoff or a role change. It does not record page contents, keystrokes or screenshots.
Two-factor authentication is required for every seat from the first sign-in. You can see each person's trusted devices and sign a device out remotely. Single sign-on with your identity provider is on the roadmap.
An Admin removes their seat. Their open sessions end, their access to every vault entry is revoked, and the history of what they did stays in the audit log.
04Teams, pricing and early access
Teams, pricing and early access.
Admins manage people, profiles, vault rules and billing. Media buyers open the profiles assigned to them and hand off work. Finance sees invoices and the log but never opens a profile. Viewers read notes and the log, which suits clients and account managers. Roles are set per client workspace.
Yes, as a Viewer on their workspace only. They can read notes and the audit log for that client. They cannot open profiles or use the vault.
Pricing is not set yet. Early access teams hear it first, in writing, before anything is billed.
The plan is a desktop app for macOS and Windows first. Other platforms depend on what early access teams need.
