Krög AgentFAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

What Krög Agent does, what it never does without you, which platforms are planned, where AI is involved, and how early access works.

01The basics.

  • An assistant in Telegram that watches the ad campaigns you connect. When a metric moves past a rule you set, it messages you with what changed and one proposed action. It also sends a daily brief and can draft a campaign from a message. It changes nothing until a person confirms.
  • Not yet. Krög Agent is in development. Krög clients can request early access, and seats open in small groups. The roadmap page shows what is being built now and what comes next, without dates.
  • Partly, and we say which part. It uses AI to understand what you write in plain language and to draft summaries and proposals. Rules, spending caps, permissions and confirmations are fixed logic: the AI can suggest a change, it can't approve one.
  • Because that is where Krög already works with clients: your account manager, order updates and our channel are there. The agent runs in a private chat or a team group, so alerts reach your phone without another app to install.

02Alerts and rules.

  • Metric drift against a campaign's own recent baseline; thresholds you set for CPA, ROAS, spend, CTR or frequency; delivery stopping; budget pacing; an ad rejected in the platform's review; and a low balance on accounts Krög manages.
  • No. Early access starts with a starter set — cost per result, pacing, delivery and the morning brief — that you adjust with your Krög manager. After that you can write your own in plain words.
  • Quiet hours hold non-urgent alerts for the morning brief. One incident stays in one thread instead of a message every few minutes. You can snooze a rule, and urgent alerts can go to the teammate on shift.

03Actions and safety.

  • No. Every change starts as a proposal that shows what will change, from what to what, and on which account. It runs only after someone with the right role confirms it. A proposal nobody answers expires, and nothing changes.
  • They are created through the platform's own tools and go through that platform's standard ad review, like any other ad. The agent works only within each platform's review, restrictions and enforcement, and appeals go through the platform's official process.
  • It can't propose a budget above the caps you set. Raising a cap is an owner-only action, and it is logged like everything else.
  • Everyone on your team with access sees the audit trail: every alert, proposal, confirmation and change, with who confirmed it and when.

04Platforms and access.

  • We plan to start with Meta, Google Ads and TikTok, then Microsoft Advertising, Reddit, X and Amazon Ads. Quora, Taboola, Outbrain, MediaGo and ChatGPT ads are under consideration. None of these integrations is live yet.
  • No. Connections are planned through each platform's own permission screen, so you choose the accounts, start read-only if you like, and can revoke access at any time.
  • Early access starts with accounts you run with Krög. Support for accounts you connect yourself is planned, through the same platform permissions.

05Early access and pricing.

  • Pricing isn't set yet. We will publish it on this site before anyone is billed, and nothing is charged without your agreement in writing.
  • Send the early-access request. It opens Telegram with your request written out, and you press send. Krög clients get seats first, and we confirm your setup on Telegram before anything is connected.
  • Please do. Message us on Telegram or email hello@krog.digital. Feedback from early access decides much of the roadmap's order.
