  • For Outbrain the rate depends on your planned volume, so your manager confirms it in writing before you pay. Nothing is charged until you approve it.

  • Nothing is charged at that point. Your manager replies on Telegram, verifies your business and confirms the exact price, service fee and timeline in writing. Setup starts after you approve and pay, and is usually ready within 48 hours of your business verification.

  • Yes. Every ad goes through Outbrain's standard review under its own policies, the same as for any advertiser. The decision is always Outbrain's.

  • Whatever Outbrain's policies allow for your business. Restricted categories need Outbrain's own certification first, and we don't accept products or categories Outbrain prohibits.

  • Your manager helps you read the notice and, if you disagree with it, file an appeal through Outbrain's official process. Outbrain decides the outcome.

    • Ad spend is separate. It goes to the platform through your account balance.
    • Our service fee is a share of ad spend, from 2% to 17% depending on platform and volume.

    • Monthly statements and dashboard access come with every service.

  • Platform rules we work under

    We do
