Reading your weekly account health report

What the three scores measure, why they move, and what to do in the week after one of them dips.

Clients on a managed plan will receive a health report every Monday once the client dashboard rolls out. It is deliberately short — three scores and a list of actions — so here is how to read it and what each score is built from.

Stability

Stability measures how many of your active profiles ran without interruption over the last seven days. A dip almost always means a review or a billing hold on a single profile. The report names the profile and the step already taken on our side, so you know whether anything is still waiting on you.

Spend efficiency

This compares delivered spend to the budget you planned across every channel. Sitting consistently under 90% suggests limits or bids are too conservative for the audience. Running over 105% means one campaign is outrunning its cap and should be checked before it distorts the rest of the stack.

Compliance

Compliance counts open policy flags across all platforms. Anything above zero comes with a one-line remediation and a deadline. Resolve these first — they are the leading indicator for the other two scores.

  • Green: nothing to do this week.
  • Amber: one item needs your input before Friday.
  • Red: an account manager has already reached out on Telegram.
